These Terms & Conditions govern your use of saintsandspeed.com.au and any purchase you make from Saints & Speed. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Saints & Speed website, mobile application, or placing an order through any of our sales channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. Your continued use of the site after any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours accurately reflects the true colour of the product. Slight variations in shade, texture, and fit may occur. Product descriptions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a warranty of any kind.

All garments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify sizing without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing discrepancy, we will contact you before processing your order. If you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price, a full refund will be issued.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in product or pricing information.

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically within Australia and to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Saints & Speed is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Standard domestic shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express domestic shipping: 1–3 business days
• International shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

8. Exchanges

We offer size and colour exchanges subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, photography, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Saints & Speed or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

10. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

11. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using our site, you consent to such processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes and discount offers are subject to specific terms and cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders. Only one promotional code may be used per transaction unless stated otherwise. Saints & Speed reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saints & Speed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, rights, or remedies which you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, and which cannot be limited or excluded by agreement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria for the resolution of any disputes arising in connection with these terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
